8795a3686253b0ad8125dafc725ed9da.jpgNoyce Brothers is located in the heart of the Wollombi Village in Hunter Valley wine country. The cellar door operates from the historic Grays Inn. The unique terroir of soil and climate enables our vineyards to produce quite distinctive Hunter style wines, in particular our Semillon, Verdelho, Chardonnay and Shiraz. All our wines are available through our cellar door in Wollombi village for tasting and purchase. We are very close to the Endeavour Museum, lovely restaurants, galleries, and shops, selling gifts and beautiful decorative artefacts. We are also part of the Wollombi Valley Wine Trail.

Stonehurst Wines

c7a72b30514fc26baafd1fcfe4d1fc3e.jpgStonehurst's boutique wines are made from organic grapes - hand picked and pruned. A great wine begins in the vineyard, and at Stonehurst we are committed to sustainable agriculture. Our elevated trellis captures sunlight and airflow enhancing fruit quality and flavours. We use no insecticide and only organically approved fungicide. This labour of love has resulted in trophy winning wines and great reviews from experts such as James Halliday.

Undercliffe Winery

186f6dd3a2b06854fa712965c85f1e7e.jpgUndercliff Winery was built in 1993 to produce 1500 cases of premium hand made Hunter Valley wines per annum and also to function as a gallery. It is nestled in a tranquil valley only 1.5 kilometres from Historic Wollombi Village. The building was drawn to compliment the existing heritage values of the Undercliff Estate. The external slab walls superbly set off the cedar cathedral ceilings and the exhibited paintings. The wine making equipment was built specifically as was the 6 metre table used for vintage lunches and other functions. Undercliff Vineyard was established in 1990 with Semillon and Shiraz varieties that thrive in the rich alluvial soils, an olive grove was also established. More recently other grape varieties have been planted such as Chambourcin, Chardonnay and Muscat. We are well known for our artistic bird labels.

Wollombi Village Vineyard

fe1fdd8576133388f54a07c10fe645de.jpgWollombi Village Vineyard was a project created by husband & wife team Alan & Maria Roe. They purchased the vacant block in the centre of historic Wollombi in 1988 and had visions of doing 'something' to help create more interest for the tourists that often visit this little town that seems to exist in a virtual time lock. The first paddock of Chardonnay vines were planted in October 1996, followed by Shiraz in 1999. The idea was to keep with the traditional Hunter Valley family-run vineyards, with the Mediterranean influence from Maria, who is Italian. The vineyard now produces Chardonnay, Shiraz & Rosé wines. September 9th 2006 saw the grand opening of Wollombi Village Vineyard's Cellar Door

Mount Broke Wines

2adf4195a2b35b22cec578dd8198ceaf.jpgAll the wines available for tasting at our cellar door are from grapes grown on the property. The cellar door is next to the vineyard with views across the vines to the river and mountains beyond. All our wines offered are drink-now, but we are quite prepared to cellar some of the more exceptional vintages until it they are close to their peak, to then be released as a mature version. Our production is tiny; perhaps 800 cases in a good season to 200 when the weather doesn't cooperate. For this reason alone we restrict sales to the cellar door - these wines are not available in the shops.

Millbrook Estate

5b493aca05cab6ca5946d37da7ef4705.jpgOur hillside vineyard produces high quality Chadonnay, Shiraz and Sauvignon Blanc grapes planted in 1996, which are hand-picked and processed on site in our Boutique Winery. Low yielding vines, partial organic viticulture and traditional winemaking ensures wines of distinction and quality. Our range of wine styles is extensive for such a small enterprise. We also source other grapes varieties from selected vineyards. Sparkling wine is produced on site in the traditional Methode Champenoise. The underground cellar which was built in an old quarry, houses the riddling racks and disgorging equipment. Wines are laid down for up to 8 years before disgorging. The current style is Pinot Noir Chardonnay 2005 vintage.

Mount View Estate

Mount View Estate was purchased from Harry Tulloch in 2000 by John and Polly Burgess. Their dedication to quality has seen them win numerous awards including trophies for their Shiraz, Semillon, Merlot and Chardonnay. They have also received the prestigious 5-star rating in the James Halliday Australian Wine Companion in both 2010 and 2011. In 2005 John and Polly purchased a second vineyard "Limestone Creek" on Mount View Road. All wines are grown, made and sold through the estate, with single vineyard wines, being kept separate. This gives our wines a sense of place; the customer knows exactly where the wine comes from and our range of wines displays true expression of Hunter Valley terroir.
